Select the event you want to attend; Pick the date; Choose the section and quantity of tickets

Click the green button

1 Delivery: type your email address where you want your tickets to be delivered at. Click the green button Proceed to Payments

2 Payment Click on blue text  Redeem a Gift Card or Promo Code

Type in your promo code (ex) SAVE10; Click Apply

Enter your billing address, credit card information

pick insurance if you are not 100% positive you will attend the event or click NO if you will come no matter what.

and click PLACE THE ORDER Done!

Can I use my promo code multiple times?

Yes, you can use one promo code as many times as you want, no limits and save your money with us forever.

When will I get my tickets?

For some events you will get tickets right away and for others you will get it before the date of the event.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final, there is no cancellation or exchange. If you cant attend the event, have insurance.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Ticketjackass is not owning inventory you are buying, to be fare with sellers tickets are not eligible for exchange.

What if the event is rescheduled or postponed?

The tickets will still be valid for rescheduled date. Though the refunds can occur if the event host is willing to do so.

What if my event has been cancelled?

All customers are covered by our BuyerTrust Guarantee; all tickets will be refunded to issuer and customers will get full refund of the amount of the order.
